No. The Administrative Code of the City of New York prohibits simultaneous membership in two city retirement systems. If you are simultaneously employed in two City jobs associated with different City retirement systems, you are restricted to the retirement system membership associated with your first-acquired job—unless you suspend your membership in that first retirement system or resign from the job associated with that first retirement system.
