How can I schedule a virtual appointment with a TRS Member Services Representative?

Our website’s homepage features a link to schedule an appointment. When you schedule an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join your meeting. Here are some tips to make your virtual appointment go smoothly:

  • Meetings are in Microsoft Teams, but no special software is needed—just choose “Join Your Appointment” on the confirmation email.
  • You may use any device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) as long as its camera and audio are working properly.
  • Join your appointment a few minutes early, if possible, to avoid connection problems.
  • For security purposes, TRS requires that you present a valid photo ID when connecting with the TRS representative and that you keep your camera on throughout the call.
  •  If you are not on the call 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, the assigned TRS representative will call you. If we cannot reach you, the appointment will be canceled, and you will need to schedule a new appointment.
  • If you would prefer a phone call instead of a video appointment in Teams, please note this in your request.
