The information on this calendar will be updated as needed on a regular basis. Please note that some of the dates shown are estimates and are subject to change as the events draw nearer.

September
Eligible retirees receive a cost-of-living adjustment beginning with September's retirement allowance payments. The annual adjustment, which is 1.8% for 2024, is based on half of the Consumer Price Index increase for the year ending March 31. It is calculated on the lesser of the retiree's maximum fixed retirement allowance or $18,000.
September 2	TRS' offices closed for the Labor Day holiday.
September 3	Deadline for TRS to receive hardcopy loan applications for the September 13 loan payroll (due to the Labor Day holiday).

Below are the projected dates for monthly retirement allowance and TDA annuity payments in 2024. For electronic payments (EFT), please note that your financial institution (not TRS) determines the date that your funds are available in your account.
